મેરી કહાની મેરી ડિજિટલી ઝુબાની - ભાગ- ૭૮ - ૦૪ જુલાઈ ૨૦૨૬

 

 હેલો કેમ છો મિત્રો ,૨૦૨૬ જુલાઈના પ્રથમ વિકેન્ડએ આપ સૌનું સ્વાગત છે . હવે આજ ની વાત જ્યાં લાસ્ટ ટાઈમે અટકેલ ત્યાં થી. 

સાંજનો સમય હતો. “Legacy & Impact”ના bold letters notebookમાં ચમકી રહ્યા હતા. એ શબ્દો હવે actionમાં ફેરવાઈ રહ્યા હતા. Mentor બનવું એ માત્ર guidance આપવું નહોતું—એ actual change લાવવાનું હતું.

હું schoolમાં જોયું કે નાના ભાઈ-બહેન exam preparation tips follow કરવા લાગ્યા. “Time Tracker” રાખતા, “Failure Analysis Sheet” બનાવતા, “Victory Journal” maintain કરતા. એ practices તેમને calm, confident, resilient બનાવતા. એ impact જોઈને મને સમજાયું કે મારી યાત્રા હવે બીજાઓની યાત્રા બની રહી છે.

Friends સાથેના growth dialogues workshopsમાં ફેરવાયા. Libraryમાં whiteboard પર લખ્યું: “Vision Workshop.” દરેકે પોતાના doubts, dreams, failures, victories share કર્યા. Conversations missionમાં ફેરવાઈ. એક friendએ કહ્યું: “Marks define નથી કરતા, mindset define કરે છે.” એ line collective mantra બની ગઈ.

Blog પર Mentor Letters series readersને inspire કરતી. Commentsમાં students લખતા: “આ વાંચીને confidence મળ્યો,” “આ words reminder છે.” એ feedback મારા માટે proof હતું કે Mentor Becoming real થઈ રહ્યું છે.

Community uplift માટે NGO platform design આગળ વધ્યું. Website draftમાં sections હતા: “Growth Talks,” “Vision Projects,” “Mentor Letters.” એ platform youth federation માટે blueprint બની રહ્યું હતું.

Mentor બનવું humility શીખવતું હતું. હું realize કરતો હતો કે mentor answers આપતો નથી, questions પુછે છે. “તું futureમાં શું build કરવું માંગે છે?” “તું failureને કેવી રીતે handle કરશો?” “તું marksથી આગળ શું define કરશો?”—આ પ્રશ્નો conversationsને missionમાં ફેરવતા હતા.

એક સાંજ, notebookમાં bold lettersમાં લખ્યું: “Impact એ destination નથી. Impact એ journey છે. Impact એ legacy છે.”

રૂમમાં શાંતિ હતી, અંદર clarity હતી. એ clarity કહેતી હતી—Version 3.0 હવે Version Infinity તરફ આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે.

અને એ doorway હવે ખુલવા તૈયાર હતું.
