Hello Guys, How are you all. We are back with again our
favorite column Talk of Indian Cinema on 4th Weekend of June. Every
4th Weekend is something special we talk about the film
industry topic and today again we talk about something special. Yesterday was
World music day and every where karaok and other shows organized but if we look
on those most of time people prefer the older songs because nowadays songs and
spcially most of lyrics unable to remember and souful but in 90s there are lots
of songs still we play. Behind this songs lyrics and singers are important to
make this songs as magical. 90s has lots of soulful singers but today we talk
about one of the great singer and she is Alka Yagnik.
Alka yagnik is well known name of indian cinema as she not
sung for Bollywood , of course her major songs in Bollywood but she also sung
for other industries. She also won
national award twice in this journey. She sung solo as well as duet songs in
industry. She sung more than 1000 films and more than 25 languages . as per the
last year music chart by youtube music she is the number one. Her songs has
more than 371M+ views.
She also recognize with Guinness world record for 15.3Billion
views in the year 2022, and 80%+ views from the india. She started her journey
in indian cinema with devotional songs but at the age of 6 she got first chance
in pyar ki jankar and later in lavaris her song mere angane main goes viral.
After that her biggest break in film tezaab and song is ek do teen,
During 90s she given many song and in starting of 90s her
song with ila arun choli ke picche kya hai is the most controversial song of
the indian cinema due to its lyrics. But later this song won filmfare award.
Apart from music industry she also doing some noble works and
associated with women empowerment.
She is the one of the singer who shared stage and screen with
many legendary artist like rafi sahib, lataji , sanu da, asha ji and many more.
