with again our favorite column Talk of Indian Cinema on 4th Weekend of June. Every 4th Weekend is something special we talk
about the film industry topic and today again we talk about something
interesting topic which ever be attraction for indian film industry and
television.
Film Industry is popular to entertain by
making the films but behind this journey there are lots of people have
involved. From the making to release on theatres many are associated.
Production house, musicians, filmmakers, distributors, promoters, casting team
and many others. Once the film is ready and set to release that time
distributors play vital role in this journey. Yes today we talk about indian
distributor who distribute the film to theatres and making bridge between film
makers to theatre owners.
AA Films founded by Anil Thandani in
1993.as of now he joined in joint venture with cinestan group and is known as
cinestan AA distributors. The popular films are DDLJ , Munna bhai MBBS, The
Dirty Picture, Agneepath2, Student of the Year , Aashiqui2 ,Reva,Pushpa and
many more.
Eros International founded by Arjan Lulla
& Kishore Lulla in 1976. It has many subsidiary and tieup with many other
ventures . The famous film making and distributing by EROS are Om Shanti
OM, Bajirao Mastani , Bajrangi Bhaijan,
Hero , Badlapur and many others.
Fox start studio its subsidiary of Start
studio. Founded in March 2008 by Bikram Duggal. After some time with
distribution they also joined in film making
and production . some good films are Baaghi3,Laxmi,Neerja,Dil Bechara ,mission
mangal and many others.
T-Series Founded by Gulshan Kumar on 1983.
Now managed by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar. T series is not just film
distributor but film making, promotion , Albums maker.They have more than 200+ famous artist who associate
with them. Their famous films are Aashiqui, Bewafa Sanam, Kuch Dil ne kaha,
Karzzz,Ham Ko deewana Kar gaye,Patiala House, Sanam re,Baadshaho, Raid,Bhuj The
pride,Bhool Bhulaiya2,Adipurush and many more.
Yash Raj Films is founded by Vertan Film
maker Yash Chopra Ji . Only the name is enough we all know their film not for
distribution but the making of their films are truly soulful and romantic.
Their films are Mohabattein, Dil to Pagal Hai, veer Zara , Rab Ne Bana di Jodi,
Hum Tum,Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Jab Tak Hai Jaan,Dhoom Series,Ek Tha Tiger ,Fan,War
,Befikre and many more.
So these are some film distribution and
production house. Apart from there are many other house which we talk on next
